    Mr. Pizinger brings over 30 years of medical device industry experience from start-ups to multi-billion dollar giants like Johnson & Johnson, including executive management and compliance. He has worked to take companies through an IPO on the NASDAQ, done due diligent assessments on acquisitions, and understands the importance of positioning a company for growth.

    Yakov Katsnelson MD, PhD

    Dr. Katsnelson brings more than 25 years as a lead researcher in the Transcranial Electrical Stimulation (TES) field. He has 5 patents related to TES and more than 100 publications on TES. He stands alone as the world’s leading scientist in TES research and development.

    Michael Jackson

    Mr. Jackson brings a lifetime of scientific experience in working with waveform theory and applications where he has several patents to his name. He assisted Dr. Katsnelson in the design of the TESA (Nexalin® TES Device) and led the development of Nexalin Devices from hand-wired prototypes to production-manufactured models. He has secured and is also exploring several patent options for the Nexalin Technology.

    Kalaco currently has clearance in the United States for Anxiety, Depression, and Insomnia. Other intended uses are approved in other countries, but not yet in the United States and require investigation and FDA market authorization before the Nexalin™ technology can be offered for those uses.
