done due diligent assessments on acquisitions,
and understands the importance of
positioning a company for growth.

Yakov Katsnelson MD, PhD
Dr. Katsnelson brings more than 25
years as a lead researcher in the
Transcranial Electrical Stimulation
(TES) field. He has 5 patents related
to TES and more than 100 publications
on TES. He stands alone as the world’s
leading scientist in TES research
and development.

Michael Jackson
Mr. Jackson brings a lifetime of
scientific experience in working with
waveform theory and applications where
he has several patents to his name.
He assisted Dr. Katsnelson in the
design of the TESA (Nexalin TES Device)
and led the development of Nexalin
devices from hand-wired prototypes
to production-manufactured models.
He has secured and is also exploring
several patent options for the Nexalin
technology.

Dawn Rice, RN, MBA, CCRA
Ms. Rice brings 20 years of clinical
operations and regulatory experience
within the medical device industry.
She has managed multiple phase clinical
investigations from initial feasibility
trials to post approval surveillance
trials. She has lead programs from
the initial start-up phase through
product commercialization.
Technical Director
Eric B. Linder, MBA
Mr. Linder brings over a decade of
medical device research, development,
and production to the Kalaco team.
Graduating summa cum laude with Biomedical
Engineering and Master of Business
degrees from Arizona State University,
Mr. Linder has demonstrated expertise
in the areas of project management,
product development, and supply chain
management. He has re-engineered the
technical departments of several small
companies to maximize production while
minimizing costs. |
